Babb Middle School Highlighted At Board Meeting For Achievement
Principal Brenda Ross Highlighted For School Achievement
On Monday, August 29th, 2016, Principal Brenda Ross, as well as the teachers, students and staff of Babb Middle School, were highlighted for overall school achievement at the Board of Education meeting. The session on Monday night, was held at Clayton County Public Schools, central office. Babb Middle School prepared a video presentation so that members of the board, could as Principal Ross stated, "Witness greatness."

Babb Middle School Spelling Bee Champions

ons to the 2017 Babb Middle School Spelling Bee Champion, Breanna Riley and the 1st Runner Up Sha'Niya Russell. These two young ladies successfully competed with other great Babb Middle School spellers in the school spelling bee prior to Winter Break and were victorious.

Breanna will go on to represent Babb in the County Spelling Bee on January 26th, 2017. We are very proud of these young ladies and we look forward to bringing home another Clayton County Spelling Bee Championship!

Babb Middle School Students Awarded Regional Winners of 2016 Georgia Stock Market Game
Congratulations 2017 Stock Market Game Winners Kelly Nguyen, Marisol Avitia, & Mackenzie Hollingsworth


The Stock Market Game is an online simulation of the global capital markets. It’s played nationwide by students from the 4-12 grade. Students invest 100,000 dollars into the market with hopes of making a profit in 10 weeks.

For representing Babb middle school as the Clayton County Regional Winners of the fall 2016 Georgia Stock Market Game. The teams ending portfolio balance was  $125,146.97.
These students will be recognized at a banquet in downtown Atlanta on May 2, 2017
